Lean into others who understand, support & empower
Caregivers of individuals living with a severe mental illness face unique and often isolating challenges.
Join a Zoom support group facilitated by Stephanie Beilin, LICSW, offering a safe and confidential space where caregivers can connect with others who understand the challenges of loving someone with severe mental illness. Together, participants share experiences, gain support, and learn from others who have walked a similar journey.
In our group, we hope to foster a sense of community and mutual support aimed specifically at bolstering the mental and emotional well-being of all participants.
Our caregiver support group is held on the 3rd Monday of every month at 7 PM Eastern / 4 PM Pacific.
