Throughout my life, I have been passionately committed to raising awareness about serious mental illness. Growing up with a grandmother who frequently cycled through hospitalization and home, I gained a deep understanding of the challenges faced by affected families. This personal journey, combined with my professional focus, has provided me with valuable skills that I share through my various endeavors.

I founded a nonprofit organization, now an online resource (Replanting Lives), to provide materials for families impacted by the serious mental illness of a loved one. In addition, I developed a curriculum designed to empower facilitators in supporting families within the community.

​As a professional coach, I inspire families to navigate the profound effects of serious brain diseases on their lives, addressing issues related to marriage, divorce, parenting, and loss.
