Drawing from both personal experience and a family legacy of schizophrenia, Eric leverages digital media to dismantle the stigma surrounding complex brain disorders and co-occurring conditions.
National Media & Investigative Interviews Building on a foundation in student media at Kennesaw State University, Eric serves as the Lead Interviewer for the NSSC YouTube Channel. In this role, he conducts high-level discussions with clinicians, policymakers, and families, translating complex systemic failures into accessible, human-centered narratives. Previously the creator of the podcast “Eric On The Last Taboo,” Eric now focuses his investigative efforts on scaling NSSC’s digital reach, ensuring the coalition’s message of medical accountability is heard on a national scale. Clinical Leadership & Artistic Advocacy As a Certified Peer Specialist, Eric provides evidence-based mentorship and recovery support for those navigating the mental health system. His leadership extends to his local NAMI chapter, where he is a key figure in community education and policy support. A writer and aspiring actor, Eric frequently contributes to local community theater, using the arts as a secondary vehicle for social change. At NSSC, he bridges the gap between clinical peer support and modern media production to drive institutional reform. |
